Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty (QSIR) has relocated its head office in Brisbane to LSH Property Australia’s acclaimed new Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct, further cementing its position as the leading luxury real estate agency in Australia.

QSIR joins some of the country’s most exclusive high-end brands at the new luxury lifestyle precinct, including the largest Mercedes-Benz showroom in the Southern Hemisphere.

The world-class flagship Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct facility from Hong Kong-based multinational conglomerate, Lei Shing Hong Limited, sets a new precedent in commercial space, bringing together a host of retail and lifestyle features.

Covering an entire waterfront block on the city side of Breakfast Creek at Newstead, the five-level, 32,712-square-metre Lifestyle Precinct is also the new home of the recently relocated Mercedes-Benz Brisbane. Now encompassing the largest 21st-century Mercedes-Benz sales and service dealership in the Southern Hemisphere, the striking glass-fronted building will set the future direction of premium automotive retail in Australia, while clearly demonstrating LSH Group’s vision and capability in the development of integrated luxury lifestyle precincts.

Architecturally designed by Cottee Parker, the site has been heralded as a ‘game-changer’ for the Australian retail market and a reflection of how luxury brands of the future will integrate and place a strong emphasis on lifestyle.

Paul Arthur, owner and CEO of QSIR, sees LSH Property Australia’s investment in the Breakfast Creek location as a statement about its confidence in the future of Australia and, in particular, Brisbane. It is a confidence he shares.

“We have always been very bullish on the Queensland market,” Mr Arthur said. “Brisbane, in particular, continues to mature and grow as a city. This iconic Lifestyle Precinct in Brisbane, which is being delivered by one of the world’s most prestigious brands, shows enormous confidence in the city and its luxury market.

“QSIR is a perfect fit for the location, where we can align ourselves with other prestige brands, such as Mercedes-Benz Brisbane, to service a similar clientele so there is a great synergy for us to be in that location, offering us an opportunity to cross-collaborate in a way that I believe has never been done before, certainly in the Australian market.

“The traditional real estate shop is dying, customers – especially customers in the luxury market – expect to be serviced in a more contemporary way.”

Mr Arthur said that in addition to the opportunities the relocation would afford QSIR’s clientele, there would also be a host of benefits for staff.

“We aim to be an employer of choice in the real estate market, and this location will only enhance that. From a business perspective, the location gives our sales executives a significant advantage in the luxury market."

“In addition to this, the Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct development has a significant focus on health and well-being, which is in alignment with our commitment to our staff.”

Breaking the boundaries of traditional retail experiences, LSH Property Australia’s Lifestyle Precinct will bring like-minded partners together to create an immersive, all-encompassing brand experience, allowing customers to live a lifestyle of luxury and be inspired by the best in innovation and design.

“An Australian first, this development will break the boundaries of traditional retail to create an immersive experience across innovation, food and wine, design, health and wellness and culture – the aim was to give Brisbane residents and visitors multiple reasons to visit time and time again,” LSH Property Australia Non-Executive Director, Paul Betar, said.

Mr Betar sees the arrival of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty as a major step in the establishment of the LSH Lifestyle Precinct as “a Brisbane luxury lifestyle precinct without peer”.

“Our vision for this site was always to create a destination that complements the Mercedes-Benz Brisbane anchor tenant and reflects the lifestyle needs and aspirations of the discerning customer. We believe this will be an Australia-first concept, where you can purchase a prestige home and a prestige vehicle under the one roof,” he said.

“Having a brand of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty’s stature and reputation operating a world-renowned brokerage agency from the LSH Lifestyle Precinct will certainly be a major element in entrenching the centre as a new luxury hub for Brisbane. We will be adding further luxury experiences to the precinct in the very near future, even further broadening the offering. For now, we are thrilled to have Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty on board and eagerly anticipate the unique experiences the brand will deliver.”
