LSH Property Australia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lei Shing Hong Limited (LSH). LSH is a major international conglomerate based in Hong Kong. In 2018 Hyatt Hotel Group partnered with Lei Shing Hong Limited to manage The Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing in China. This five-star hotel, comprises 348 rooms and showcasing an extraordinary and revolutionary urban forest, designed to refresh guests within a green sanctuary whilst still being in the centre of the city. 

Daimler AG

The mutually beneficial cooperation with Daimler AG has propelled Lei Shing Hong’s automobile division to expand its geographical presence to become one of the largest dealer groups for Mercedes-Benz passenger and commercial vehicles including Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach, smart, DENZA and FUSO globally.



Lei Shing Hong Limited distributes Caterpillar heavy equipment and engines and provides related product-support services in eastern, northern Mainland China and Taiwan Region.

Staying true to our values of Integrity, Customer Focus and Professionalism, Lei Shing Hong Limited has grown to become the world’s largest Caterpillar hydraulic excavators dealer and China’s largest Caterpillar machine and engine dealer.

Our Team

Nick Quince

Operations Director & Chief Financial Officer

Nick is responsible for LSH Property Australia’s overall operations and the implementation of its strategic plan. Nick was appointed Operations Director and Chief Financial Officer of LSH Property Australia in November 2018. Prior to this appointment, Nick was Chief Financial Officer of LSH Australia’s automotive division. He has over 18 years of experience in the property and automotive industries and chartered accounting profession having previously held a number of senior roles at Mercedes-Benz Australia and KPMG.


Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrew Cutter

General Manager of Property Development and Operations

As a key member of the leadership team, Andrew brings 25 years of extensive broad experience to the team. Having worked across a number of industries, almost exclusively linked to retail, he has seen more changes and challenges than many. Starting his career in finance, he still holds his CPA qualification.  His most recent prior role of 12 years as Director of Retail Network Development for Mercedes-Benz, had him achieve significant change in re-branding, restructuring and the rollout of over 40 new construction projects.


Andrew builds strong respectful relationships, is fair and equitable, while never shying away from a challenge to achieve results. 

Paul Betar OAM

Non-Executive Director

Paul is a Non-Executive Director with LSH Property in Australia. With a vast background in automotive retailing and other professional associations Paul is able to offer strategic advice and assistance to LSH Property with regard to all current and future property activities.
